Got some much needed time out of the house with Geight for a bit this afternoon. We took a walk down to a department store to get him some new shirts for work and made a nice little trip out of it.

Followed the road a little bit farther to find something for lunch and went to a fried chicken place that is apparently owned by world famous restaurateur Shaq. Just got a basic sandwich and shared fries and that was plenty. There was also a milk tea place that recently opened so we went there afterwards and I got the horchata which was fantastic.

We chilled on a nice walking path enjoying them for a bit before heading home!

I gotta do stuff like that more often. It's the kind of vibes I associate with like 2010-era trips to friends in California, and getting some sun and air certainly does wonders for a day where I started off in kind of a sour mood.
