Patience

Had my sketchbook taken to get some art during Anthrocon that Glip did not have time for, so they took the book home with them intending to finish whatever it was and mail it back.

But they forgot! So instead I got a free colored digital piece and the sketchbook promptly mailed as soon as they realized the mistake.
